Ingredients
  

Cookie Dough Base

  • 1 scoop vanilla or chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tbsp almond flour (or oat flour)
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter (or almond butter)
  • 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp sugar-free maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tsp almond milk (as needed, to mix)

Mix-Ins

  • 1-2 tbsp mini chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, mix together the protein powder, almond flour, peanut butter, yogurt, syrup, vanilla, and salt.
  • Add almond milk a little at a time until it reaches a thick, doughy consistency.
  • Mix in chocolate chips.
  • Enjoy immediately or chill for a firmer texture.

Notes

Pro Tip: Want it sweeter? Add a few stevia drops or a pinch of brown sugar substitute. You can also freeze in balls for grab-and-go protein bites.
