High-Protein Cinnamon Roll Overnight Oats

A thick, creamy cinnamon roll–inspired oat mix with over 30g of protein per serving. Made with Greek yogurt, oats, vanilla protein, and a quick high-protein drizzle on top. Tastes like dessert, works like breakfast.

Ingredients
  

Oats Base

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1/2 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt (non-fat or low-fat)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp sugar-free maple syrup (or regular if preferred)
  • 1/2 tso cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt

"Icing" Protein Drizzle

  • 2 tbsp plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 scoop scoop vanilla protein powder
  • Splash of almond milk to thin (optional)

Instructions
 

  • In a mason jar or airtight container, stir together all base ingredients until fully combined.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Before serving, mix together the icing drizzle in a small bowl. Adjust consistency with a splash of milk if needed.
  • Drizzle icing over oats and top with extra cinnamon or a swirl of almond butter if desired. Enjoy cold!

Notes

Pro Tip: For a visually stunning look (especially in jars), try layering half the oat mixture, then a sprinkle of cinnamon, then the rest of the oats — and top it all with the protein drizzle just before serving.
