Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup honey or sugar-free maple syrup
  • 2 scoops (60g) chocolate whey protein powder
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1-2 tbsp milk (only if needed for texture)

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, combine oats, protein powder, and salt.
  • Add peanut butter, honey (or syrup), and chocolate chips. Mix until a thick dough forms.
  • If mixture feels too dry or crumbly, add 1 tbsp milk at a time until you can roll it easily.
  • Scoop and roll into 12 small balls.
  • Store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to a week.
