Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • ½ cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop scoop strawberry or vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream Optional. Use a light option like Nick’s Swedish Vanilj for only ~60 cal and 2g protein
  • ½ banana optional, for sweetness
  • Ice as needed, optional

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients into a blender.
  • Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness with banana or ice.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Notes

Pro Tip 1: For an even creamier, more indulgent dessert, add 1/2 cup of vanilla ice cream. We like Nick’s Swedish Vanilj, which only adds ~60 cal + 2g protein!
Pro Tip 2: Using a frozen banana also makes the smoothie extra thick and creamy — just like a milkshake. Adjust liquid as needed, depending on your blender.
